Here you’ll find the respective licenses for the open-source platforms I work with. WordPress, Joomla, CubeCart, and Zen Cart are Open-source platforms, created by the community for the community. The licenses that they use are exceptionally open, but with some commercial restraints. It is up to every website operator to evaluate their own website’s legal needs, and It may be advisable to have a legal expert or practicing lawyer evaluate each individual site. The licenses below are the respective software use licenses for each platform, which are presented by the companies or organizations maintaining WordPress, Joomla, CubeCart, and Zen Cart.

Files Release and Usage Rights Information
For releasing your website’s files, the only qualification is that the final payment is completed. Built-in to my standard website design contract is a clause fully releasing your files for use as soon as the final payment is completed in full and has cleared completely.

If you believe that any work Austin Themes has produced violates your copyright, please contact ryan immediately to get the issue resolved. I treat all copyright issues with the utmost seriousness, and will remove or alter content as necessary ASAP.
Confidentiality
Built-in to my standard web design contract is a confidentiality clause, ensuring that Austin Themes staff take the utmost precautions to keep your information safe. While we can’t promise 100% security, every reasonable effort will be made to protect both physical backups, and to protect any sensitive client data that has been posted in a web-accessible location. For pre-contract discussions, I also offer a non-disclosure agreement to satisfy any pre-contract confidentiality issues.

The WordPress, Joomla, CubeCart, ZenCart, and VirtueMart logos are properties of their respective owner(s) and/or holding organizations, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied by their logos being used on the AustinThemes.com website. The WordPress, Joomla, CubeCart, ZenCart, and VirtueMart logos are included only to show that I offer services relating to their respective server-side software applications.
